  • 4 slices pepper jack cheese or swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup french fried onions
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 2 sub buns
  • 2 tsp butter

Au Jus

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • pinch garlic powder
  • pinch black pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste
